ISLAMABAD - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar yesterday urged the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to step up institutional efforts for the safe and early release of 10 Pakistani seafarers being held captive aboard the vessel MT Honour 25.
